Dinner - Tuna Patty Melts - Lite version

This is the lighter version of my Tuna Patty Melt recipe. The only difference is that the other recipe includes Kraft Free American Singles and Kraft Light Mayo.

Sides - Potato Salad

Basic potato salad. This is my Dad's recipe - just substitued the light mayo. We like lotsa mustard, so you may want to cut that in half and add to your own taste.

Other - Brandied Cranberry Sauce

Grandma's recipe. This is the cranberry sauce that I use in my Cranberry Squares. (see separate recipe) This recipe makes enough for 3 batches of the Cranberry Squares. Leave me a comment if you have any other suggestions to use this sauce for... *NOTE* I always substitute orange juice for the brandy, and that's what the nutritional values for this recipe are based on. I tried to enter brandy as an ingredient, but it wasn't listed. I'll update this when I can find the number of calories in brandy.
