Crispy non-spicy version of wings that I adapted for my non-heat loving father.
This is a quick and easy lasagna for weeknights. I didn't include any spices in the nutritional info. It is really up to your taste preference.
Easy basic Hummus recipe- Serving size is 2 TBsp, makes about 2 cups. I usually make my garbanzo's in a thermos, but in a pinch I will use canned beans that I have rinsed. You can add whatever flavors you love to this recipe, hot peppers, cilantro, lots of garlic whatever!
This makes for large servings and you can make it into a meal by adding chicken, pork... or whatever
This is a quick and easy gingersnap that can be made vegan if you use soy milk. No eggs or butter. You could make them fancy with a drizzle of powder sugar icing. (would add additional calories) Makes 50 cookies
This is my favorite pizza crust recipe. You can make it in matter of minutes. You can double to make a larger or thicker crust. I have also made mini crusts & froze them to use in the toaster oven. I update the amount of water, should have been 1/2 not 1/3. Slowly add water till you have a dough. May need less or more.
This a very good dish to make with leftover rice.
You can serve it with a scrambled egg added to make a meal.
This is my reduced version of Emeril's Baked poppers. These are good made with yellow peppers if you can't take the burn!
