This recipe has been adapted from The Abs Diet with ingredients I had on hand, and has been reduced in heat to accommodate our family's needs.
Great to add to a salad, pasta, sandwich, or just munch!
Makes approximately 5 1 cup servings
Serve over whole grain/wheat pasta for a healthy, flavorful meal!
Makes 6 - 1 cup servings
Makes approximately 9 - 1 cup servings
Makes 7 1 cup servings
A veggie filled sauce with a lemony kick! Makes approximately 3 cups.
Makes 5 - 1 cup servings
This yields approximately 8 cups of sauce; approximately 16 1/2 cup servings.
Makes 14 1/2 cup servings!
I've adapted Old El Paso's Beef Enchilada recipe to acommodate Abs Diet guidelines and included 4 power foods to boost the nutrition of this recipe.
