This is the latte I get from a local coffee shop, but if you have a espresso machine, you can do it at home. Any sugar free syrup flavor should give you the same stats, so make it as you like.

I call this mood enhancement in a paper cup.

Mashed Sweet Potato

I love sweet potatos better than white and this is a nice alternative. This is not an exact science. All you need is a very soft cooked sweet potato (microwaved is okay too), and butter, salt, and possibly brown sugar (or sugar altherative) to your taste.

This is a very versatile recipe. You can replace the keilbasa with sausage, bacon, chopped deli meat, or veggies. You can add other veggies like peppers, finely chopped broccoli, mushrooms, or whatever you like.
