I found a bunch of cans of tomatoes that my mother grew in her garden and didn't know what to do with them!
This is a spread used for sandwiches that was invented in Louisville, Kentucky. It can often be seen on white bread with the crusts cut off at baby and wedding showers.
This recipe comes from Sherri Goggin of the Athens Banner Herald and is delicious!!! I often add hot sauce to spice it up.
The marinade is listed as 4 servings, though I used it to make 2 servings. Part of the marinade is reserved as dipping sauce, and therefore will not be eaten totally.
This was a Cinco de Mayo recipe from MSN with very slight modifications!
Sour Cream and Avocado are not included in nutrition totals.
