My Mamaw always made peanut butter milkshakes for my sister and I when we stayed over. This is a lighter version, that's just as tasty and still puts a smile on my face, :)
Use your favorite bell peppers, I typically use red and yellow. These freeze well, I just wrap each in wax paper and toss in a freezer bag. To reheat, either wrap in foil and warm for 1hr at 350F (preferred) or microwave for 2 minutes turning halfway through.
Feel good about serving this low-calorie low-fat meal. Not only is it low in saturated fat, but the cheese provides calcium and the broccoli is a good source of vitamin C. As a bonus, the broccoli teams up with the spaghetti sauce to provide vitamin A and the multi-grain pasta is a good source of fiber. Carb Choices: 3-1/2
A low calorie meal that is easy to prepare and quick to clean up. This is for one serving but the recipe can easily be adjusted for more.
These are not exactly low in calories, but they are very good! And not too difficult to make. For a good icing try the recipe submitted by user Erin_H.
Creamy, low fat, low calorie Fettuccine Alfredo. One of my favorite recipes!
Wholesome and delicious. The ultimate comfort food! Cooked in slow cooker. Cooks in 2hrs and 10 minutes.
These are delicious and very easy to make. Good for last minute get togethers.
Original recipe calls for cream cheese and cooked bacon, but this version cuts out 30 calories per serving.
