Enlightened Starbucks Pumpkin Bread
This is an altered version of the recipe for Starbucks Pumpkin Bread. I changed out the oil for applesauce, whole wheat flour for white flour, lowered the white sugar and used brown, and added a little more spice. More sugar can be used, up to 3 cups in the original recipe!!!
