This is a favorite of my hubby and kids, got it from my mom. You can also saute some chopped green pepper in with the melted butter too. I made it bit healthier with the low fat milk and the smart balance butter. Great to use leftover cooked chicken or turkey. Serve it over white or brown rice.
A quick breakfast sandwhich that is great on the go and fills you up til lunch!

Beef stir fry I make, using cut up stew meat, fresh veggies, a bag of Kroger Stir Fry with noodles and Kroger Stir fry seasoning mix (made with soy sauce, sugar and water). I use around 2/3-3/4lb of beef to cut down on cost and add in extra veggies so that there is enough to feed my family of 6.
The recipe is from allrecipes.com, but I changed it to be more healthier. Used ground turkey and italian seasoning instead of italian sausage and whole wheat pasta instead of regular pasta and decreased the amt. of cheese used.
This is a mish mash of other recipes on here...wanted to make some burritos but didn't have any taco seasoning so found a taco seasoning recipe...came out very good!!
