Easy to make approximately 6 cups
This Garlic Sauce works well other vegetables such a asparagus, green beans and rice noodles.
Very tasty pesto using dry roasted sunflowers seeds instead of pine nuts. Makes about 1 cup. Nutrition Info is for a 2 TBSP serving. I used Thai basil which is especially flavorful.
This really does add some great taste to Kale.
Makes zucchini taste.
This is a protein boosted home made yogurt for a higher protein content.
