Put all ingredients into crock pot except oranges
Cook on low for 6 hours
Top with oranges and serve over rice

Hungry Girl Recipe .. going to try this one in the crock pot - sounds yummy
Made a side dish of shredded zucchini and onions (might have put a few tomatoes in there too)
Thought making a lasagna out of the leftovers would be a good idea .. so here is what it turned into.
Added the regular italian sausage link (to please the hubby) but think I will just use the chicken italian sausage in the future .. taste is good.
Will see how it all comes out .. but I think it is going to be yummy!

Makes 8 cups .. so will use 1 cup as serving size
I sort of made this one up .. so there will no doubt be revisions when I make it again.
As it stands it is 3/4 cup serving = 4 WW points
Thinking of adding crushed crackers before baking .. but would add to the points.
Using non fat milk and cheese instead of "recommended" saves tons of calories .. 125/1.5/2 for WW = 2 points
Used cooking spray instead of butter
Makes 8 1 cup servings
From Paula Deen .. she used sour cream instead of the greek yogurt .. I'll try the yogurt first because of less fat/calories and next time I'll try the sour cream
Weight Watchers = 1 point each muffin
I sprinkled with a tad of cinnamon sugar .. but you could also add a bit of cinnamon to the batter.
Would also be good with a few nuts added but would also increase the points.
