This healthy alternative to typical meatloaf adds white beans for a delicious high-fiber twist. Serve extra Dijon mustard on the side; it lends a satisfying, piquant flavor element.

This is the same lite version except modified with real sugar and a couple extras.
Crepes are good for breakfast or lunch. Add a bit of sugar for sweet crepes, or herbs for lunch crepes.
These half pound burgers are more nutritious and with a whole lot less calories. You can use fresh or frozen vegetables and store the patties in the freezer with wax paper in between so you can defrost as use as choose.
This is my dump and taste soup. I use a lot of cans so it's easy to throw together and is very tasty.
Today I used beef, but it doesn't need it if you want to go vegetarian. Also if you don't have a mandoline I highly recommend getting one for veggie and fruit prep.
