I used to eat Bread Pudding when I was growing up, and now that I'm on a Healthy Lifestyle, I realized it was a treat that I had not had in many years. I tried it as a dessert for company recently, and it went over big!
This is a meal in itself! The fat content is a little high, so you need to work it into your menu plan for the day, but the fat comes from olive oil and avocado, both of which are good for you!
I love custard and wanted something I could snack on without blowing my caloric quota for the day! This one fills the bill, and you can add a spoon of fat free cool whip!
