3 grams net carbs (after fiber and erythritol which I have not added to the nutrition count )
They taste really good. I used only half a cup of erythritol which made them sweet enough but not overly sweet.
Low carb dish. Doesn't need potatoes or other carb and is very good and filling on it's own.
I adapted this recipe to make it lower in carbs.
I am not accounting for erythritol in this recipe as it has officially same carbs as sugar however it has a glycemic index of 0.
Chop all the ingredients together into small pieces (except tortilla) and add mayo + salt and pepper. Spoon into tortilla and wrap it.
Popular Polish dish served as a side to cold cuts, cheese and bread. There are several versions of this salad with different veggies. I grew up with this one. It's very tasty and filling.

This dish is typically made with ground pork however, for a healthier option it also tastes great with turkey and that's how I usually make it.
