This is a delicious Challag Recipe. Feel free to play with the ratio of oil and eggs. It is possible to use 1 cup of oil and add 2-3 more eggs instead. Same thing with sugar: For a less sweet Challah, use more flour and less sugar.

This is my favorite carrot cake recipe. It's moist and very rich. I haven't tried, but I bet you can cut the sugar and possibly the oil in half and replace with applesauce. I only posted this because I had some and I wanted to know the damage done :)

My friend Levana is an amazing chef (levanacooks.com) and she posted this recipe. I wanted to play with the recipe converter, so I did - and even though she said they make 3 dozen, I was a little more generous and divided it by thirty - and it still comes out under 100 calories each!
