This is the pasta with avocado recipe -- I just tweaked it by substituting soy milk for the olive oil, and added cooked veggies and sun-dried tomatoes.
This is mostly flax and sesame seeds. Original recipe called for 1 C of wine and .5 C water, but it was too much so I just added more water.
This is the regular featured recipe, with the milk substituted.
