120 Calorie treat, with 5.9 grams of protien! I like it as a pre-workout snack... or dessert after lunch.. or for breakfast! :)
My version of chicken salad...
I like this with a whole wheat pita and alfalfa sprouts.
I also will cut the mayo in half with nonfat plain yogurt. Try out different things! Let me know if you find someting you really like! I used the ricotta.... just because I had it!
Serving size is half a cup.
Classic bran muffin great for breakfast or snack. Great texture and just the right sweetness.
