I did some cardio and just was craving something, but did not want too many calories but alot of flavor. I found some leftover berries and just mixed it up.
If I would have had a protein powder I would have tossed that in to up the stats, but this filled me up for a few hours with some bottles of water.
Just the right ballance of easy and really good, can be adjusted to any size group easily. For vegitarians omit the beef and add kidney beans or soy crumbles. I loved this recipe as most comes out of a can and whips up in under 30 minutes!
A nice way to add fruit to your day!
