Will cure a taco salad craving! Sodium is extremeley high in this recipe, although I'm not sure it's entirely accurate. You can reduce the taco seasoning, or use your own low-sodium version. The is a very satisfying meal and includes your lean meat, vegetable, calcium and starches.

This is fairly high calorie, but it is a full meal and will satisfy any cheesy taco salad craving.
This is similar to another recipe on this site, but modified to use lower-fat ingredients and the sauce I have on hand. Slightly higher calorie, but lower fat than the other version. Nutritional information is based on 4 shells per person.
A yummy sounding recipe from the side of the Yoplait Light yogurt box. Nutrition information has slightly lower calorie and fat counts using the sparkrecipes recipe calculator, but I don't know why. As per the recipe on the box: Calories - 240, Fat - 4, Cholesterol - 70, Sodium - 110, Carbs - 20, Fiber - 3, Protein - 29, Vit A - 70%, C - 90%, Calcium - 20%, Iron - 15%

A satisfying soup that is only 3 points. Garnish with fat free sour cream and salsa if desired.
A microwave recipe for when you're on the go. Experiment with different seasonings or a flavored butter spray. I like to use Pampered Chef's Dill Mix seasoning.
This can be made with less calories if you use Sugar Twin brown sugar replacement, Splenda, Equal or stevia instead of brown sugar.
