My family loves strawberry cheesecake from scratch. However, I dont have to time to make it or the daily calorie allowance to eat it. I thought of this the other day. Im sure Im not the first.
2 cups nonfat milk
4 tbsp lite chocolate syrup
1/2 banana...about 75 grams
1 cup of frozen sliced strawberries

This is a great way to get your fruit in for the day. I like to make it to use up fruit that is about to go bad in the fridge.
You can use whatever pizza toppings you prefer. I use pepperoni because that is what my family enjoys.
