From my great aunt, always a favorite.
This is my mom's dish that everyone loves. It has really simple ingredients, but combines to be YUMMY.
I originally made this as "trail food" while camping, but it works well for a busy, cooking-impaired college student. Make with whole-wheat pasta for extra fiber, but this way is gluten-free.
This recipe has been one of my brother's go-to lunches for some time now.
