Summer Garden Slaw
Although this recipe came to me with a mayo/buttermilk dressing attached, I found that I liked it much better dressed with just some vinegar. This is best with a mixture of several different kinds of beets if you can get them, but will delicious even if you just stick with the traditional dark red ones.
Salsa Verde
I stumbled upon this combination of ingredients accidentally, but discovered it replicated the salsa verde I love very well. Quick and easy.
