Peanut butter hummus is awesome if you don't have any tahini on hand but still want homemade hummus. Delicious with crackers, vegetables, or used as a spread on sandwiches.
I really like this cozy meal in the fall and winter to help warm me up. It is hearty, filling and full of flavor (and it's super healthy too). I do not use oil in this dish, so it is not included in the nutritional info.
