Great Salad, a bit high in sodium (due to the salad dressing and olives). Makes four servings.
I like this, it is a higher calorie option I use for lunches. Makes 2 servings. Unfortunately it is relatively high in sodium - best to find low salt versions of the beans and tomatoes, and even use plain couscous.
