I threw this all together with two browned chicken breasts, covered, and cooked on the stove for around 15-20 minutes. It was delish! This recipe doesn't include the chicken. I also added my fajita seasoning mix (recipe coming soon), and some red chili flakes.
Instead of using canned soups that have preservatives, too much sodium, and MSGs - make your own! Simply add sauted mushrooms, celery or cooked chicken to make it a cream of (fill in the blank).
This is a recipe that I got from a co-worker, but I've changed the ingredients to make it a 'lighter', more protein packed version.
I got this off the allrecipes.com website from user 'Sunflower1'. I haven't tried it yet, but it really does sound delicious!
I will probably add some seasonings and spices, but will first try it as it is originally made!
This is a household favourite!! Even my BF, who usually doesn't like anything other than 'the norm', LOVES this!!
You can serve with rice or noodles.
I scooped this mix into pillsbury cresent rolls, brushed egg whites on top, and baked at 400 for 10-15 mins.
This was SOOOO good, and SOOO filling!!!
Loaded with fiber, a healthy and nutritious soup! Add spices to your taste.
This is from the Robin Hood website. I just added about 1 TBSP of pumpkin pie spice and love it that way! Now that I see how many calories there are per muffin, I will probably try to alter this recipe a bit for the future!
I got this recipe from a friend at work. Haven't tried it yet, but it sounds delicious! I may add a few spices, depending on how it tastes after!
This is DELICIOUS!! I made it the other day from ingredients I had around the house and it was so, so good! It really makes the pork tender and is easy to double to serve two, or triple.. or quadrouple... :)
You can add any spices like rosemary or sage (1 tsp dried) if you like. This is just a basic recipe that can be altered to your preferences!
