This cheesy wonder is YUM and can be either an entree or side dish.
This salad is truly a burst of flavor and looks absolutely beautiful. I adapted it from my mom who adapted it from somewhere else.
This is also great with a very light sprinkling of blue cheese (or other sharp cheese) but isn't necessary
This tasty dish is very reminiscent of hamburger helper but is vegetarian and yummier
This sauce is wonderful over pasta, rice, veggies, whatever. So flavorful and so low calorie
I actually used the near east original recipe couscous with the low fat directions but that calorie count was really wrong. This one is correct.
This recipe is a wonderful low cal/low fat version of an alfredo
I lightly dress this salad with a low cal fat free balsamic vinaigrette. My brand adds about 2.5 calories.
Although the cooking time is long, most is for caramelizing the onion (40-50min). The process doesn't require constant attention. You can also just saute the onion for a few minutes. You can also cut the fat and calories by a TON by not including the mozzarella and eating it from the skillet instead.
This is a delicious pesto. The roasted garlic makes it creamy enough that you will never miss the oil.
