Recipes I've Shared:
Not exactly homemade but just as good. I used mixes and frozen vegetables to make it a little easier.
I substituted flank steak because I didn't have any corned beef but the original recipe calls for lean corned beef
Portion control is my husband's issue so these were perfect for him so he could stay on track
healthy potatoe latkes I got from Eating Well Magazine and adapted with what I had in the pantry
I used ingredients I use to make deviled eggs to give it a different flavor (not good for those watching cholesterol though but great for low fat sandwich)
This gets a lot of raves and my secret ingrediant is using starkist tuna for some reason it taste better.
As I was dieting I noticed I was struggling to get my protein in I was always falling short so I added this lowfat way to add protein.
This something I threw together to ice some muffins to help for my sugar craving.
Very easy dish to throw together from things in the pantry, I just threw everything in a pot and simmered until tender
Oven roasted juicy chicken I use leftovers for chicken salad or any kind of salad, my family loves it.
