A classic recipe for a festive sweet treat! You can dress it up by adding food coloring and serving it in a festive bag or cone, or go rustic and cook it over a campfire.
I love this recipe. It's great for parties with a lot of non-dieters because it's super rich, but you can eat it without guilt!
This is from the Gordon Ramsay book "La cuisine en toute simplicite." I'm sure there's an English version out there, and I highly suggest the book!
I tasted something similar in Marrakesh, but they did it without the sugar.
