I like to make this in the morning when I'm rushing for breakfast. Fills me up and get's my fruit servings started for the day. I switch the berries around depending on my mood - they are all good.
I work with some people from the south and made them my gumbo. They said if they didn't know better they would think I was from the south!! What a compliment! I use a lowfat precooked sausage, but I could not find it in the ingredients or online so the numbers are a little off.
