This is an easy recipe for lasagna rolls that gives you that indulgent feel, without the indulgent calories. I like it with a simple caprese salad (slice about 1 medium tomato per person, and drizzle with a little olive oil,fat free mozzarella and slivers of fresh basil) you could also use a lettuce based salad with some fat free Italian dressing.
This is an extremely low-fat, low-cal lunch. I like to eat it with whole-wheat crackers and reduced-fat cheese to make a delicious, healthy, balanced meal.
