Great as a side or I often eat it just by itself. The sodium content is pretty high but could probably be adjusted with the type of tomato sauce, bouillion cube, and other seasonings. I'll experiment and repost if it works!

When I found this recipe through cooking light, I found that it was exactly like my mom's recipe but lighter. To lighten it up even more I've cut back to 3/4 of a cup of sugar, and used fat-free sour cream.
