This is a cake adapted from Yahoo Food. I used the fat free sugar free instant pudding mix. Cut the eggs to 2 whole plus 2 whites vs 4 whole, used Smart Balance Omega vegetable oil, limes were on sale so used the juice of 4 fresh limes completing amt with the 'ReaLime' bottled juice.
Even my picky eaters came back for seconds and thirds thru the evening !! I had cut the 9x13 pan into 24 pieces .. there are only 4 pieces left over.
We have some excellent salads, but they are too big for just my use..so this is one that is cut down from the Recipe of VALERIEHASH. I also don't usually have fresh parsley on hand..do add it if you have it. (I may have to start keeping it)
Any kind of spaghetti can be used-fresh or leftover. We did not put any dressing on this so that people could choose their preferred type. No extra salt has been added. This will keep in frig several days. It makes 6 1-cup servings.
Family favorite now made healthier with tofu vs cheese, and additional veggies.
This is something I put together to add to my protein and fresh litely cooked veggies. Recipe does not include the wrapper. Choose your own. I used Mission Whole Wheat and added Green Tabasco sauce !! Feel free to add your own spices/hotness/cheese !! but don't forget to add them to Nutrition log also.
Any kind of rice can be used, but I particularly like Brown Rice done this way. Load it in oven and forget it, while you can do something else AND the house smells Good.
