I found this recipe in a cooking magazine and changed it up to be a little healthier. I used 1% milk instead of half-and-half and fat-free ricotta. I also used healthier pasta and added smoked turkey sausage and it is fantastic!!! My husband and I really enjoy this dish and I hope you do too!!!

This is a healthy version of my favorite recipe that my Grandmother makes! I call it a mix between Mexican and Italian! It's like enchiladas that you can top with your favorite toppings and they are very good! I hope you enjoy them as much as my family does!
These are the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that I have ever had! My kids absolutely LOVE them! Very easy to make too!
