Old-fashioned, whole milk, real butter mashed potatoes. They can still be considered healthy if you eat a small portion alongside your other low-calorie foods. These can be considered a "healthy carb" comfort food, instead of reaching for the ice cream, chocolate or other sugar-laden food. The ingredients listed will make enough for about 18 1/2 cup servings (I only make these for family gatherings or holiday dinners).
Here's an original recipe of mine; a sweet & spicy, raspberry chicken tossed with spaghetti (or noodles) and served cold over a bed of crisp lettuce & bell peppers. If you are looking for something different, try this!
