Sometimes I add minced garlic or Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Blend to this. This makes a good, filling lunch by itself or with a green salad on the side.
Easy, quick and tasty. They make a good side dish with dinner or a good lunch. I take a bag to work, put it in the fridge and pop it into the microwave for 5 mins for lunch.
Bananas and Blueberries in a cool drink! Lots of potassium and B-12!
