Scalloped Corn

This is a great side dish for any meal. It compliments almost anything and is very filling. My family find it a favorite at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I enjoy it with BBQ Sandwiches and any other time we grill out. Very quick and easy to make. This recipe can easily be doubled if you are entertaining a large number of people.
