Layers of sauce and tortillas mingle with a seasoned chicken and black bean mixture. This is a delicious and easy recipe! Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to make it even easier.
Adapted from 101cookbooks.com quesadillas recipe. The egg makes a filling quesadilla with very little cheese for flavor. Absolutely delicious, and 47g of great protein! You can change it up and add your own fillings to taste. I often add a little tobasco or hot sauce if you like a kick. Serve with salsa and lite sour cream (not included in calorie count).
Easy, simple and delicious! Serve over rice, with tortillas or tortilla chips. Top with lite sour cream and shredded cheese (not included in calorie count). Add hot sauce as desired.

Delicious, healthy, no oil or egg yolks! The rhubarb provides great moisture and is tangy, which pairs nicely with the sweet topping. YUM!
Yum! So delicious, yet nutritious! Only 210 calories per serving, and definitely rivals the full fat versions. I think I like this better.
If you love avocados, you will love this delicious lunch treat. I pair with 1/2 a cup of nonfat cottage cheese for a filling lunch. Although this recipe does have a significant amount of fat, it is GOOD fat from the avocado!
Yum! Definitely not the greasy buttery chocolate chip cookie we're all used to, but does the trick. These are yummy, cakey little cookies and at only 109 calories & 3 grams of fat you may have room in your calorie count for 2!!

Delicious, the feta gives tons of flavor without many calories. Quick and easy. I eat this as a one serving main dish, fills an entire plate. Could easily be used as a side and serve 2-3 people. Use any combo of vegetables you like, would be great with mushroom, egg plant, yellow squash, etc etc etc
A greek sauce to use as a topping for chicken or any other meat, as a dip for crackers or torn pitas. I use it on pita sandwiches and wraps. It is a very flavorful sauce that takes the place of high calorie sauces such as ranch or mayo.
