I made this to go onto my chocolate chip zucchini cupcakes.

Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cupcakes

Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
egg white, 4
Sour Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
Butter, unsalted, .5 cup
Olive Oil, .5 cup
*Splenda, 2 1/2 c.
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
*Flour, white, 2.5 cup
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 4 tbsp
Baking Powder, .5 tsp
Baking Soda, .5 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
Salt, 1 dash
1/4 c. chocolate chips.
