Good side dish (1/4 c servings)
Adapted from Hungry Girl. My husband is diabetic with high blood pressure. You can use soy crumbles like the original recipe but it is way to high in sodium for his diet. Also, since a lot of fat free options are loaded with sugar, this is the non-fat-free option.
