Easy Crockpot recipe!
I make this in a big crock pot at the beginning of the week. Being single, it takes me most of the week to eat all the servings. What's nice about this recipe is I can add low fat sour cream one day, barbeque sauce another day, put it in a low fat bread bowl, et al, to change it up and seem like I'm eating something different. Saves grocery money. Saves time. Very healthy especially if I remove all the fat before cooking, then cool the soup and skim the fat from the top again (if there is any)
