This salad calls for a 1/2 cup blue cheese that is not accounted for in the nutrition list. My husband added some to his and he kept saying he loved the salad. So it must be good that way. I don't like blue cheese and didn't add it to mine. Recipe from Marksdailyapple.com.

This is very good!!!!!!!
From Cooking Light mag.
This EASY Panzanella Salad has Italian flavored deli roast beef and baked pita chips for the "bread" portion of the salad. It is absolutely wonderful!
This is so wonderfully fresh! Enjoy as a dip, salad on its own, topping to a grilled steak or chicken, or add a grain to it for a meal in itself. You could add a diced avocado right before serving.
Nutritional info does not contain cheese
From American Wholefoods Cuisine - this is so versatile!!! I loved it!
(Adjusted from WW recipe) I don't know how, but this have a creamy flavor. It must be the garlic maybe. Anyway, if you want to add pasta, add 2 oz of ww linguine broken into small pieces and then count the extra nutritional info for the pasta.
