If you make sure to use low sodium turkey then it will cut your sodium intake by 1/2! I like to use Boar's head low sodium turkey breast from the deli...sliced thick.
Swap ingredients: you can change the ingredients to suit your taste. Try almond butter or cashew butter instead of peanut butter. Add chopped walnuts instead of coconut or toss in some miniature choc chips. Sprinkle in some cinnamon for a different flavor.
