Martha Freed PB Choc Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Lightened with margarine and extra oats instead of peanuts. Otherwise this is from a Martha Stewart Cookie book.

Boosted Basilic & Cauliflower

Take the TJ's Cauliflower & Romanesco Basilic with garlic butter and make it into a bigger serving with more veggies without the added salt!

Doctored Tomato Basil

I like to add veggies to regular soups to cut down on the sodium and bump up the fiber and delicious-ocity!

Sweet & Crunch Quinoa Salad

Adapted from online recipe via thekitchn.com, to use ingredients we had in the pantry.

Most Delicious Italian Harvest

The best Italian dish I ever had, made in the prettiest Le Cruset.

Very Cherry Orange Oat Bars

These are like Starbucks' Blueberry Oat bars, but more yummy! Customize with your own fresh and dried fruit (they recommend apricots, blueberries, figs, etc.)

Adapted from Farmer's Market Desserts Cranberry-Orange Oat Bars recipe. Delicious!

Purple Green Bean Stir Fry

A trip to the Farmer's Market is all it takes to dream up a new stir-fry with special ingredients, plus leftovers from the fridge!

Kwik Krazy Kombo Krab Tomato Stew

Crab is delicious, imitation or not. This quick dish is sure to please with hearty tomatoes and low fat imitation crab ("krab").

Salad with Tuna

Like Tuna Salad minus the mayo and plus the greens. MMMmm-good!

Spruced up Shrimp Soup

Low/No Calorie Soups with low sodium make a great base for an EXCEPTIONAL soup or stew. Great time saver! (If you do have the time, would be better to make the base from scratch and save on sodium.)

Knock Their Socks Off Shrimp Stew

Add some pop to frozen items and sneak in veggies for kids or grown-ups! Perfect to spruce up leftovers or freezer burned shrimp, LOL! Can be made vegetarian with substitute noted at the end of instructions.

Nutty Monkey Treat

My substitute for what used to be my favorite dessert (melted choc chips and pb). This treat is packed with nutrients, has fiber and is very FILLING! Still incorporates that salty peanut butter taste and sweetness from the fruit.

Sweet-N-Tangy Strawberry Treat

Make it sour or sweet depending on your taste! This is the PERFECT remedy to those heavy dessert temptations, a great way to get in some extra fruit as a snack, or yummy for breakfast. It's an easy way to spruce up not-quite-fresh fruit and perfect for summer, too!
