I came up with this from the Weight Watchers 2-point potato soup made with hash browns.
I simply added Morningstar sausage links & bacon to have the "meat" and the kale at the end.
Of course, you can do it with turkey sausage and turkey bacon and it will still be lower in fat than the original recipe.
This makes 16 very generous servings. Please use a big soup pot!!!
