Saucy one pot meal. You can use veggies of your choice and substitute milk or skim for half & half.
You can use leftover cooked turkey or chicken. I used whole milk and soup, but you can use skim or low fat for lower calories and fat. You can add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. I don't like cheese.
