Made with Ground Chicken but can also use turkey or hamburger. Serve over chow mein noodles & rice.
The nutri. info is with 2 eggs, not the 3 egg whites. Got the recipe from Southern Living Mag. I used the fat free sour cream & the unsalted butter to help a little with the fat & calorie count. The frosting is what really adds the calories & fat!!!! You could try something else if you wish. I made this for people at work so I didn't really care about the cals & fat.
The serving size is about 1 cup. The brown sugar & molasses you may want to add a little less or a little more, add a little & taste.
This is very simple & fast. When I don't have anything else to make & I am in a hurry, this works great.
