This is my fruit smoothie recipe. I do a lot of alterations with frozen fruit, skim milk and protein.
If you are watching sodium use a low sodium version of chicken broth.
Joni made this soup for a work function. It was a huge hit with both our customers and employees. She adds sugar to taste (from 1/4-1/2cup). I used 3 teaspoons of Sugar Twin Brown Sugar.
