Mexican Rice with Beef
I love spicy Mexican rice, but I was looking for something with less tomato-taste, and more heat in the beef.
Salsa
So much better than store bought salsas!! You can control the heat by using fewer jalapenos. The cilantro adds a nice touch, but isn't necessary.
