Invented this recipe for my son, the only one that eats crawfish, it is meant to be served with cornbread and a dollop of sour cream. :)
Just cause I made them - they are great - I need to know the calories and such. It actually makes 160 or more cookies.

This is a very lazy way of making pot pies but you can also just do the same thing in a pie pan.
