This is derived from Pampered Chef recipe. The original has sausage
This is modified from Pampered Chef. This is 4 individual servings. You could to it as a side or, we just had it has the whole meal. It is pretty filling. You could add ground turkey or ground beef, (or veggie versions) if you like!
I added tempah to have some extra protein, but it's not included in the nutritional facts.
I always struggle with turkey burgers falling apart, but the Parmesan cheese seemed to help. I didn't really measure, but this is what I'm guessing it was... and they turned out great!
If not on the diet, might want to serve with rice. The original recipe calls for unsweetened peanut butter, I use Jif though.
This is from the Kraft food and family magazine. Makes a great side. This is a whole recipe, but we usually make half a recipe. It is quite a lot of potatoes!
This is from the "Fix-It and Forget- It Cookbook". I just tried it tonight and loved it. The recipe calls for 6 tortillas, but I have a large crock pot and only used 3 tortilla's (1 1/2 in each layer). It also said to do 3 layers, but I only did 2. I put the nutrition in with 3 10 inch tortilla's. I also put the nutrition in with ground turkey instead of beef.
