tried to take things in the cabinet to make a whole meal, added some chicken and mixed veggys to the rice and altho high in sodium is good and filling. (I have low blood pressure so I actually need extra salt)
a slightly lighter version of the vanishing oatmeal raisin cookies.
do prep the night before and in the am turn on the crock pot , go to work, come home and its done!
enough to feed a large gathering, or to freeze and reheat latter while eating some today.
just another mix to spaghetti so my family doesnt get bored with it, the guys love meaty spaghetti so they love this.
tasty drink to cool off with (may want to add extra cocoavia if you like it more chocolatey, only 20 calories per packet so it wont go up much)
this is the meals guys love, and we had somn boxed scallops and I hate waisting food lol)
the guys in my house bigger servings and they love this! (omit the sausage and its less calories and fat) they eat 2 servings since they can have more calories then me.
